Television is a cursed invention. Many people are addicted to it. They are watching silly soap-operas or stupid shows that are created to gain attention via controversial materials. I don"t want to say that valuable materials do not exist in television, I just say that the amount of interesting shows and programs is decreasing from year to year. What is terrible in it, is that most of these stupid shows is directed to younger audience, between 13-19 years old. These shows seem to be funny because of swearing, puking and sex. Heroes from these shows are later becoming the role models for youngsters. Lot of these shows include live voting via SMS or calls on the premium rate phone numbers. People send or call these numbers and then are being charged with large amount of money. The same situation takes place in case of late adults shows or quizzes. If you know the answer on a very simple question you have to call on one of premium rate phone numbers, wait in a queue to connect with the TV host. Of course you are paying for every minute of that call so bills are outrageous in the end of the month. There are situations when kids are calling on these numbers for fun and their parents are paying horrendous bills for these calls. Please guy, mind the costs of these calls and do not waste your money!
